This is a kit that I put together to convert a Sportster to a 240 tire. I thought it was cool and usefully.

I have several tooth count rear sprockets for different ratio's, if your unsure contact me. Rear engine sprocket cover I reused and modified to look stock and retain the mounts for master cylinder. 5 wheel assemblies are sealed so they can be used w tubeless tire applications. Since each build is Custom specific parts are needed, that's why these items are not included.

I personally built a few bikes as well as my personal one. I have many pictures that I can send you to help in your build. The fender can be trimmed to suit your style, please review the picture its a heavy gauge with double wall on the end also with tubes for wiring rim is a chrome complete 60 spoke 18x 8.

Kit 1 basic kit 2 adds a fender kit 3 adds fender and rim spec's Custom swing arm axle front trans pulley fender axle adjuster covers swing arm bearings and bushings tremble heavy fender rim 60 spoke wheels chrome 18x8. Hub includes all bearing seal and spacer parts these rims are for 1 axle but the Sportster uses 3/4 so included are new bearing.
